Nov. 16, 2009 – In listing the girls’ results for New England Championships, held Saturday at Wickham Park, Manchester, Conn., I omitted the name of Bay View’s Stephanie Beaudette among the top 20 Rhode Island finishers. The Bengals were also left off the team score results. I apologize for the error.
For the record: Beaudette finished as the 10th local runner (72nd overall) with a time of 20 minutes, 42 seconds. Bay View placed 27th among teams, with 704 points.
