The fifth annual Ocean State Cross Country Invitational will be held September 23 and 24 at Goddard State Park in Warwick.
Middle School races will be held on Friday, September 23 beginning with seventh grade girls at 3:45 p.m. Races will run every 25 minutes (7th grade boys, 6th grade girls, 6 grade boys, 8th grade girls, 8th grade boys) and conclude with an awards ceremony at 6:10 p.m.
High School runners will compete on Saturday beginning with the Freshman Boys 2 race at 9 a.m. In addition to the 4K freshman races, Junior Varsity, Varsity and Championship races will be contested for both boys and girls over a 5K couse.
